• Please arrive 5 minutes early and have your online waiver filled out.
• Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the service will be charged for 50% of the service unless rescheduled. Cancellation charge will vary for shoots.
• No Call/ No Show will result in a charge of 100% of your service.
• If there is an emergency please give us at least 15 minutes notice.

We can try to schedule you later if applicable.

These policies are being enforced to ensure that somebody doesn’t miss out on an opportunity due to someone missing an appointment without enough time to fill the booked appointment time.

That being said, your appointments and well-being are very important to us. I do understand people get sick and emergencies happen so there are exceptions.
